  • The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unaltered, and free from any damage or signs of use.
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Hair extensions must not have been clipped, trimmed, or altered in any way.
  • Wigs must not have been cut, styled, or altered.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
  3. Clearly write your name and address on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  5. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
